The time has finally come! I'm opening a public ceramics studio! I am so excited to share my love for ceramics with all of you!
Our Mission
We are excited to welcome you to our studio where we will provide a fun, quirky, cozy atmosphere for learning and creating ceramics! Our core values are inclusivity and creativity. We take pride in being a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and we welcome children into our studio. We invite you to come learn the beautiful art of ceramics and explore your creative and maybe a little weird side! We want you to feel safe to be your true self and create whatever your heart desires without judgement. Let's create something truly extraordinary!
What We Will Offer
Here at June and Gem we will provide a range of options for pottery enthusiasts!
Workshops:
$80
For those who are interested in learning the basics of wheel throwing or hand building in a short amount of time, our workshops are an affordable, low commitment option. Workshops are 2 hours. Want to keep what you make? For an additional $25 + tax we will trim, glaze and fire your piece. Pick up in 2-3 weeks. No experience necessary! Ages 16+

Courses:
$450
For a more in-depth experience, our courses span over 6 weeks and cover the fundamentals of wheel throwing or hand building as well as glazing. Class will meet once per week for 3 hour sessions. There will be 4 weeks of wet work and 2 weeks of glazing. You will gain a more solid foundation and you get to keep everything you make. Perfect for those who have a strong interest in pursuing pottery. Class sizes are small groups, only 6 students. No experience necessary! Ages 18+
Kid's Summer Camps:

During the summer we will offer pottery camps for kids! Ages 6-12. Our camps will be week-long programs, M-F, where children will learn the basics of wheel throwing or hand building. Class sizes are small, only 6 students.
Studio Memberships:
$200/month
We will also offer studio memberships for a monthly cost where you gain access to the studio space and can work independently. Memberships include glazes, firings, clay at wholesale cost, access to wheels, a slab roller, worktables, and tools. Members also have the option to sell their work in the gallery space. 20% of the profit goes to the studio and the rest goes to the artist. Memberships will be application based. You will be required to attend an orientation to show you are capable of working independently. We may require you to take a class in order to be accepted.
Studio Hours:
Monday - Wednesday 1pm-8pm
Thursday - Sunday 10am-8pm
