Our Mission
June and Gem Ceramics Studio is an old house converted into a studio. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, inclusive, and safe space where everyone—regardless of background, identity, or experience—can explore their creativity and find joy in the art of pottery. Because our studio is a converted house, we really lean into the homey vibes and have a strong sense community. We proudly support and celebrate the LGBTQIA+ community, ensuring that our studio is a safe, judgment-free zone where all are welcome to express themselves freely. We encourage our students and members to create what they love, experiment with new techniques, and embrace the beauty of imperfection. Here, your art is your own, and everyone’s creativity is celebrated.
Meet Our Studio Cats!
This isn't your average ceramics studio! We have studio cats!
These cuties aren't reckless and aren't known to break things, but sometimes if you leave flat work on low shelves you may get a cute little paw print!
If anyone is mildly allergic to cats, please email us ahead of time and can remove them from the main studio area while you visit. Our studio is not recommended for those with severe cat allergies.
